CONSULTING
Supporting you through all life's transitions!
Therapists, activists, coaches, healers, not for profits, visionaries, and social transformers will find that I understand their journeys. I know the sacrifices and opportunities that come from being a healer and social transformer, and I can help you through the process of rediscovering balance; dealing with burnout, secondary, and vicarious trauma; and keeping your flames alive. My mission is to help you become trauma informed and culturally responsive in your work.
I offer free consultation calls so that you can ask questions and assess whether I am a good fit for your needs. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Supporting you through healing, change, loss, and love
I work with adults—both individuals and couples. And at the heart of everything I do is a focus on relationships. The relationship you have with yourself, with your partner, with your work, and with the people you care for. When that gets strained, everything else starts to feel heavier.
I help you tend to those connections. Whether you're feeling disconnected, carrying grief or loss, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, my approach is grounded, warm, and rooted in over 20 years of experience.
My work is all trauma-informed. I am trained and certified in a number of trauma-specific modalities, including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I also use solution-focused treatments, psychoanalytic, strength-based, and culturally responsive therapeutic interventions.
I currently accept clients through Grow and Headway.
I also offer specialized support for those navigating the perinatal journey. I am PESI-certified in perinatal mental health, with advanced training in supporting fathers, grief, loss, and other complexities. Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to parenthood in ways no one prepared you for—you don't have to do it alone. I work with individuals and couples through this process.
This is a space where we tend to the relationship between who you were and who you're becoming, including the hard parts no one talks about.
